The shoe box of family photos under the bed can contain unintended masterpieces, partly because they were made with no artistic intent. And sometimes artistic intentions go awry, resulting in a photo that is memorable for the wrong reason.
Looking through old family photos for my mother's electronic photo frame, I found an uncut roll of processsed Ilford HP3 film which contained several un-printed gems, such as these two of my sister's 5th birthday. This is what prompted Unintended Masterpieces: most families must have at least one good photo worth sharing. XXXXXXXXXX
